The COMEN A5-V anaesthesia workstation, includes the most comprehensive ventilation options with intelligent and ergonomic design. Highly integrated breathing circuit reduces air resistance in the breathing circuit, and combines with fresh gas compensation technology to provide more precise ventilation for the animals of different sizes. The integrated 7″ touch-screen displays the value and up to 3 waveform simultaneously and the system has a 6hour battery back-up. The A5-V allows anaesthetic gas to be automatically recognised digitally, the Auxiliary common gas outlet (ACGO), can be connected with the disposable circuit to reduce the risk of cross-contamination and the AGSS enables waste gas to be exhausted. The system features Flush O2, providing 25l/min~75l/min high flow oxygen a smart pulmonary loop realising the real-time monitoring of mechanical ventilation and animal’s pulmonary function and a 0-15 l/min dual-channel mechanical flowmeter allows a wider flow adjustment. The workstation features a Mounted rail to support external GCX bracket which can also be used to mount Comen Patient Monitors and additional storage from the drawers.

Data system supports 2000 setting logs and 60 hours of data for review. When connected with AIMS, information can be dynamically tracked during the entire anaesthesia period, making surgical operation management more efficient and easily analysed.
