FAQs for Refurbished Sales

Are the products fully operational and tested when I buy them?

Every refurbished item sold is thoroughly tested and fully serviced before it is despatched to a customer.

Is there any kind of warranty?

Yes, each item sold comes with an individual warranty, valid from the date of delivery. Warranty lengths vary depending on the equipment type and range from 3-12 months.

What does the warranty mean?

Within the warranty period we would endeavour to fix the item or replace it if we cannot repair it. The warranty length is detailed on each item page on the online store. The warranty excludes any user damage or damage caused by user error. See our T’s & C’s for full details.

Can I extend the warranty or get the products serviced by ATS once the warranty expires?

ATS will happily provide you with a quote for servicing your equipment once any warranties expire.

What exactly will be included with my equipment?

Everything will be detailed in the product listing page on our website, with an option to buy additional accessories e.g. modules, leads and cables etc as appropriate.

Do you have a Warehouse I can visit?

All our stock is kept in our Surrey Warehouse, if you have some specific requirements, we are happy to organise a visit for you to look at our stock.

Can you obtain other equipment than what is listed on your website?

Yes, please contact us with your requirements.

Where do you ship to?

At present ATS only ship to mainland UK. If you wish to arrange your own transportation outside this region please contact us.

How do I pay for my items?

ATS accepts payment by BACs. Once you have added your item to the basket

Is it possible to Collect my items in person?

Yes, we are more than happy for customers to collect their own items. Please bear in mind that some equipment can be bulky and cumbersome so please liaise with us to ensure your transportation is suitable.

What happens if I am unhappy with my order when I receive it?

Your customer satisfaction is important to us. In the unlikely event you have any concerns regarding your order, please call or email us straight away and we will resolve the issue, either repairing or if necessary replacing the item.
