About Our Services
Rigorous Standards for Safe and Reliable Equipment
ATS follow a strict and rigorous process ensuring that every medical device we sell to our customers is safe and fit for purpose, and delivered fully serviced and with our full warranty.
ATS procure equipment which has become surplus to requirements. For example, equipment from NHS hospitals who replace equipment on a regular basis as part of a long-term capital replacement plan. The devices we receive are generally very well looked after and have been subject to routine servicing and have many years of service left.

Meticulous Inspection and Service
On receipt every device is fully decontaminated, thoroughly inspected and tested by one of our experienced Bio-Medical Engineers. At this point the condition and all safety aspects are assessed. Once items are deemed suitable for re-sale they are then fully serviced in accordance with the Manufacturers’ guidelines. Only when we are satisfied that the device is fully operational and is fit for purpose, it is listed for sale on the ATS website. Every device comes with a minimum of 3-12 months warranty to provide additional reassurance to our customers.

ATS offer a range of new equipment for sale to existing and new customers, from pumps and vaporisers through to monitors and anaesthetic machines. With extensive technical knowledge and long-established relationships with a number of manufacturers, ATS can provide objective advice and support to find the optimal solution to meet your requirements and budgetary constraints.
Once your new equipment has arrived and been commissioned, ATS can provide initial training if required to get you started. Customers are then offered the option of a service contract with ATS for ongoing technical support and PPM servicing in line with the manufacturers’ guidelines, to optimise the life of the new equipment beyond its warranty.
